Making a Positive Impact

I am a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Certified McMillan Running Coach and a Certified Ironman Coach.

I was not born an athlete and in fact, was overweight most of younger years. I became a certified personal trainer and taught group fitness classes as my passion for fitness grew. I have found my niche in the sport of triathlon.  As a coach my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your fitness level, schedule and personal goals. I aim to meet my clients where they are at and help them reach goals that exceed their own expectations.

When I expanded my coaching services to include endurance sports, I wanted to stand out in a saturated field. I have partnered with a local elite swimmer and coach to help triathletes see the swim leg differently. While we may spend the least amount of time in the water in the sport, not swimming efficiently can limit the rest of your race in not only your race time, but also your overall experience including anxiety and joy. 

I am also a clinical therapist -which gives me a interesting perspective on sports psychology and the work/life balance. I am passionate about fitness in general and living your best healthy life. I work closely with other coaches, nutritionists and strength and conditioning experts to bring the best to my athletes.

In this plan, you get both a certified triathlon coach AND a Certified Marathon Swim Coach  - Sidney Russell looking at your plan weekly.

You will get weekly training plans virtually on training peaks with frequent feedback on your workouts by your coaches and changes to your plan as needed. You will also get a swim analysis as well as benchmark testing in all 3 disciplines.

Swim workout differences: You will get very personal tailored swim workouts that grow with you after your analysis which will help you become a more EFFICIENT swimmer and FASTER swimmer. Workouts can be done in the pool or open water.

This is The best plan for triathletes training for a 70.3 or 140.6 race. You will have unlimited email/text with your coaches and if local will have additional in person training opportunities and clinics, with Mandy and other experts in the field. 

 If plan is continued or started  in the off season, it will also include an off season plan to keep you building for the following season, strong, motivated and in shape. The plans adjust as your needs change.

*Minimum of 3 month commitment*



This plan  includes Mandy as your Triathlon coach.

The swim workouts will still be tailored to you, but will not include the additional support in fixing technique and efficiency in the water (think volume to make sure you can finish the race distance will still be given - but if you want to be more efficient - go up to the "WORKSl" package!

-You will get weekly training plans virtually on training peaks with weekly feedback on your workouts by your coach and changes to your plan as needed. 

-This plan includes weekly check-ins with your coach instead of unlimited. You will still get help with your race plans, nutrition and support.

-This is still a good plan for triathletes training for a 70.3 or 140.6 race, but if you are not new to the sport, we highly recommend getting the "WORKS" plan above.

Running only + strength and conditioning are included in your training plan. Includes feedback on workouts, unlimited email/text with coach. This plan is good for half marathon or marathon runners, or even your couch to 5k athletes. Month to month plan.
